Starbucks

This afternoon, I craved a chai latte... but the sugary syrup is a little (a lot) too much so I asked the guy at the Starbucks for an alternative... he made me this: Chai Tazo Tea with Half Non-Fat Milk, Half Water... added a little splenda and voila! Did the trick.... tastes the same with almost no carbs!

La Nouba

La Nouba... it's not just a Cirque du Soleil show... it's also a Belgian company that sells sugar free, low carbs and low calories products.  They don't sell in stores in Canada or in the US but they do have an online store.

There's a new bakery in Montreal, le Petit Fourneau, 828 Rachel East, that offers sugar free, gluten free and lactose free treats!
